We do apologize, and hope to resolve this issue in the next update. While there is currently no release date, announcements regarding updates will be made through the Zombie Cafe Facebook page, as well as general gaming news outlets.
If you do not wish to wait for an update and if you have turned your device off*, and re-synced your device with iTunes on your computer, and it did not resolve the issue, the game may need to be re-installed on your device. Unfortunately, this will delete the game's data. We can credit you with toxin to replace that which you purchased, and to help you re-build your cafe. We will just need a copy of the iTunes receipt of your purchase. Please reply to this e-mail and either copy and paste the iTunes sale receipt, or attach it.

如果重開機或重同步都解決不了
"play buttom crash"的問題
那就只能等capcom的下一版更新
或是打掉重練 ><~
如果在煮完朋友order的菜之後
卻發現你的廚師站在爐前不動
冰箱也沒有出現這道完成的菜時
...請不要按地圖
可能要耐心等個幾分鐘
(我個人是等個2分鐘沒反應後, 就按iphone/ipad的主畫面鍵或開關鍵, 跳出遊戲再重新進入)
不然就很容易出現"play buttom crash"的問題
