I'm your loyal customer from Taiwan. First of all, I would like to thank you for your innovations and hard work in the creation of the world-celebrated iPhone. However, I would also like to point out that the Zhuyin keyboard (i.e. a Chinese input method commonly used by Taiwanese people) also has the worst design ever among any other smart phones in the Taiwan market.
The link below shows an example of a good Zhuyin keybaord design (i.e. from HTC magic). In the picture, you can well see the differences of the two designs, especially the layout of the phoneic chararactors and the number of occupied rows. Your Zhuyin keyboard is simply not what we are used to typing with.
