Apple's Tim Cook says (with out naming Palm) that they will defend their IP if anyone tries to use it. But everyone knows he was talking about Palm.
Apple was just awarded the patent for multi-touch last week, they filed the patent back in 2007, including Steve Jobs as one of the inventors.
Palm on their end, says multi-touch has been around for more than 20 years.
