據報道，因通用汽車不會考慮Spyker的收購提議，薩博將被關閉。
綜合外電12月24日報道，瑞典一家報紙報導稱，美國汽車業巨頭通用汽車公司(General Motors Co.)不會考慮荷蘭運動型汽車生產商Spyker Cars NV針對薩博(Saab)修改后的收購提議，并計劃關閉這家瑞典品牌。
薩博董事會23日舉行了簡短的會晤，通用汽車在美國的代表們通過電話參與了討論。
此次會議的內容全部圍繞關閉薩博、而非新的收購提議。

Spyker & GM State That There Is Nothing New To Report

Spyker Cars CEO, Victor Muller indicates to Saab History in an e-mail this morning that the news sources that have reported that their bid has been rejected, are “nonsense”.
The news sources that are mis-reporting this are Automobile Magazine, Economic times and now Saabs United.
Here’s an updated official statement from GM following the response from Mr. Muller that Saab History has also received this morning.
“Our statement from Sunday is still valid. Thanks.” That statement is that they are still looking at the offers at this time.
I know it is the day before the holidays here in the U.S., but I have to say that these news sources just need to keep quite and have the believe that no news is good news while we enjoy our times with family and friends between now and this weekend.
As I have said before and I will say it again, the news about the future of Saab will be reported early next week, so please disregard what main stream media sources are saying at this time unless something official comes from Spyker or GM between now and then.
