I have just uploaded a few translated files for the Sig3:
-1)improved CESHELL.dll : there were some incompatibilities with my
previous translated CESHELL.dll. After any software install, 2
japanese system folders were automatically recreated, and new
shortcuts didn't appear in the English Start Menu (\Windows\Programs).
For this reason, I changed the English CESHELL.dll to use the original
Japanese names for the Start Menu and the Start Up folder ( instead of
the English '\Windows\Programs' and '\Windows\StartUp'). If you have
already installed my previous converted CESHELL, follow these
instructions:
-rename CESHELL.dll to CESHELL.bak
-copy the new CESHELL.dll to the \Windows directory of your Sig3,
-reset your Sig3 and delete CESHELL.bak,
-copy all files from \Windows\Programs and \Windows\StartUp to their
Japanese equivalents.
If you didn't install the previous converted CESHELL, just copy
CESHELL.dll to your \Windows folder (overwrite the Japanese original)
-2) 100% translated WordPad: the previous conversion was not perfect,
so I decided to improve the translation...With this package, WordPad
will use all English Dialogs and Templates (see instructions in the
ZIP file),
-3) "Regional Settings" Control Applet: copy intll.cpl to \Windows
