We have recieved infomation from dell China that the Dell X50 Series PDA will be on sale in China mainland on 12/8 , the price is 2999/4999. I have telephoned dell to confirm, it is true.

But order & repair , no customer service center , all need use your phone to call
本來我已經訂了 X50 ,不過最後都取消, 因為什麼都只有用電話聯絡 , 真的不方便.

唉!!!我已經聯絡了dell.com.hk多次, 由18DEC04至今, 聯絡了四位 online sales, 直到第四位( 幹事認真, 有跟進, bonus聲音甜美 ) 才收到quotation. 可惜今天休假!!!
如第四位sales也令我失望, 我可不再不敢買dell的產品了, 始終售後服務跟銷售服務是同一渠道, 同一問題. 但是dell.com.hk的服務質素, 已經令在下忐忑不安.
香特區只是一彈丸之地, dell為可不在港九設一銷售中心, 不是更省成本, 真費解????

預定這個星期到手
