小弟於前年購入 Dell Axim X50V 一台，因為它標榜著 "免費升級到 Windows Mobile 5"；事實總是殘酷的，當時大概花了一個禮拜的時間搞懂如何由 PPC2003 升級成 WM5，然後就開始了悲慘的使用經驗了。 首先，開機大概要３０秒，點選 Start 也要２０秒才會有動作，就算重灌 OS 也一樣；於是，在不爽之虞，跟線上即時客服大肆抱怨，在２０分鐘之內，他們答應讓我換一台 X51V！ 下面是紀錄：

Many customers have reported the same problem to us.I would advise you to downgrade windows mobile 5.0 to previous OS.
