Getting close to converting S3 control panel to English?

This is for everybody's interest. The translated control panel file has been done by LD and uploaded in the File Section in the Handhelppcs forum. But somehow, we haven't found the way to make it work... There are some discussions going on in the HandheldPCs forum on this. Please feel free to join.

By the way, the uploaded load does not work at this point. You can test it and delete it via ActiveSync if you want... (at your own risk).
