功能概述：It can scan, repair, defragment for storage cards (CF, SD...etc)
system cleanp, scan registry, TCP/IP config...etc.
I tested it by defragmenting my CF and SD cards. It does improve the
read speed of my S3 in accessing files on the cards.
*Note: for S3 users- Download, hex edit the ARM cab, install and put PPC dlls into the exe folder in S3. The top menu is not displaying properly but you tap on the top bar on the right, you can see the menu. The display shows icons for functions to perform. The top menu can actually be ignored.
