的確, 問題不是代理商能解決, 但是東西是他們賣出來的
他們應該有責任去把事情談清楚, 從第一天起, 他們的態度就有問題, 也就是: 事情釐清之前, 只是會跳出來否定
凡事先推開責任, 這種態度要不得
而且, 到底有沒有車子出事情, 其實廠商很清楚的...你可以對外說 "還在研究中", 而不是說 "絕對沒問題"...你看對岸現在承認有三十八萬輛車有問題...這不是打嘴巴了嗎?
