I'm one of the owners of New Cayenne Diesel in TAIWAN,

I order it since June 2010.And wait for 11 month.
Your local dealer here: UNIVERSAL MOTOR TRADERS Ltd, hand it over to me on May, 2011.
In my contract including :Two standard equipments named DPF(the exhaustion gas filter specific for diesel engine) and AUTO START/STOP.
The DPF and AUTO Start/Stop list on my purchasing contract as well as my driver’s operation manual.
Since last month we found your dealer do not install these items on my car.
We found it because the newspaper have same story from different Cayenne owner.
There are many angry owners write letter to the TV and newspaper.
Your dealer is killing your business here.
UNIVERSAL MOTOR TRADERS Ltd claim the problem came from Germany.
Not their fault. And nothing they can do with it. No way to install DPF again.
We want you to know it.
And want you know how bad we feel.
