The Panamera and 4S feature a single element spoiler
1) that starts at -3 degrees to horizontal at 56 mph
2) then adjusts to +5 degrees at 100 mph and
3) +14 degrees at 127 mph to reduce lift and improve high speed stability.

The clever multi-element spoiler of the Turbo (shown here) occupies the same real estate under the rear window whilst stowed, but once deployed two vanes automatically extend out over the rear fenders.
The Turbo spoiler stays at
1) -3 degrees to horizontal starting from 56 mph
2) until 127 mph,then switches to +10 degrees.
