Not sure if anyone has answered this already, but my understanding is:
a) The 991 GT3 always had launch control as default (standard), regardless of the SportChrono pack. This is different to regular 911 models. This has been the case since the 991 GT3 was launch and was the case on the 2014 and of course 2015 models.
I think this caused a lot of confusion for the Taiwan Porsche dealers as they were used to thinking that the launch control only came when you spec the SportChrono pack.
My GT3 has no chrono pack and launch control works just fine.
b) The main difference between the 2014 and 2015 SportChrono pack seems to be the addition of some lap timing software upgrades to the 2015 version. That's the only delta as far as I know.
This information is not well understood by the Taiwan dealers but is readily found on the Rennlist forum.
Please correct me if I'm mistaken in anything.

他回應了幾個重點：
1. 2016 GT3 RS，所以是MY16，今年7月之後就會生產上市
2. RS will be getting an all-new flat-six engine 這是一顆全新的引擎
3. which sticks with natural aspiration 依然是自然進氣，沒掛turbo
4. This engine will then become the basis for a range of turbocharged engines that will roll out through the rest of the 911 lineup later this year. 這顆新引擎的基礎將會用在掛turbo的其他991系列 (MY16小改款)
5. Hatz’s surprise admission that serious consideration is being given to offering the RS with a manual gearbox as an option 有可能會有手排的選配
6. Hatz also seemed to confirm previous reports that the rest of the 911 range will be switching to all-turbocharged engines when the car gets its mid-cycle facelift for 2016 唯一不好的消息是 - Hatz證實MY16期中改款的其他991將會配置turbo
所以，想要抓住自然進氣尾巴的車迷，只能盡快下定GT3 (如果還有配額)或是GT3 RS。至於非手排不可的硬派車迷，唯一的選擇就只有GT3 RS了，衝吧...
