For those who may concern,
I'm a one of the 400 victim owners of New Cayenne Diesel in TAIWAN,
Two standard equipments named DPF(the exhaustion gas filter specific for diesel engine)
and AUTO START/STOP respectively were confirmed on my contract with the local dealer UNIVERSAL MOTOR TRADERS Ltd.,
but missing when my car was handed over to me on Jan. 22nd, 2011.
The DPF is not only essentially important to keep least air polution as possible
but also to prevent our cars to expel black dirty gas, which make our car look clean and green.
We tried to protest to the UNIVERSAL MOTOR TRADERS Ltd. individually and they responded passively and irresponsibly.
They initially pretend the car is fine without the DPF and tried to ignore unitl recently,
lack of DPF in 2011 New Cayenne Diesel has merged as an public issue and broadcasted on news almost daily.
The reputation and brand value of PORSCHE have been destroyed by local dealer publicly owing to
their irresponsibility which is shown on the news.
Under the pressure of repeated protest, they finally offers a 30,000 NTD coupon as compensatory procedure
which is considered humiliating to all 400 owners in the reason it is not comparable with our losses.
Our request is simple, what is on the contract should be on the car.
Both the DPF and AUTO START/STOP should be applied onto our cars immediately by all means.
