我是假設你已按我第6頁的方法安裝以下的ROM:
DaleNet-Thrive-HTK55D.31.5.0002-Modded_Stock_ROM-v1.3
以及 ROOT 套件:
Dalenet-Thrive-HTK55D.31.5.0002-Stock_Rooter-v1.1
所以你已經在 HTK55D.31.5.0002, 那你只需刷 Dalenet-Thrive-HTK55D.31.5.0002-OOM_Rooter-v1.1 取代 Dalenet-Thrive-HTK55D.31.5.0002-Stock_Rooter-v1.1即可，設定及資料都不受影響。
如果你還在原廠 3.1(即 HMJ37.03.5.0006), 以我的理解你應該可以直接刷 DaleNet-Thrive-HTK55D.31.5.0002-OOM_Rooted_ROM-v1.0, 方法請參考第1頁先Root, 再按第6頁刷 ROM.
若你已經在 OTA 3.2.1, 那就麻煩了, 你會需要 throot 1.0 - THRiVE root script 先解鎖才能刷, 這部份我沒做過, 似乎複雜很多, 可能要請自求多福, 若有成功, 請分享同好.
另外那個 DaleNet-Thrive-HTK55D.13.5.0001-OOM_Rooted_ROM-v1.0 是新增的 3.2.1 澳洲版本.

弄了三四次弄不好 放棄...
剛剛弄成功了OTA到3.2版的朋友們
可以ROOT摟
首先 下載 throot 1.0 - THRiVE root script
解壓縮 執行資料夾裡的throot
按任意鍵 會跳出下列英文
Okay, let's begin. Make sure you have USB debugging enabled.
Also, you'll need to have an SD card inserted.
This will overwrite any update you might have on your SD card.
大概內容就是 USB除錯要開啟 準備一張空白無檔案的SD卡 並且用USB線跟電腦連接
之後再按任意鍵 跳出下列英文
Executing first step...
If you get an error here, that's fine.
rm failed for /data/gps/gldata.sto, No such file or directory
Linking...
Done with the first step. Now I need you to do something.
Go get some fresh air. While you're out there, open up Google Maps.
Make sure your GPS is turned on, and wait until you get a GPS lock.
Now close Google maps.
If you want to be sure it works, open and close Google maps one more time.
Then come inside, grab a beer, and plug your THRiVE back in.
主要內容是 要你把USB線拔掉 拿著平板 走到戶外 開啟GOOGLE地圖 定位
定位完成後 關閉GOOGLE地圖 再把平板跟電腦做連接 然後再按任意鍵 跳出

這時候會設備會重新啟動一次 重新啟動完成後 開啟File Manager 檢查看可不可以看到SD記憶卡
再按一次任意鍵後 會開始寫入檔案

Now a reboot to flash it to the right partition...

Now, we will reboot into fastboot. Press and hold the volume up button.
Continue to hold the volume up button as the device reboots.
You should see a menu with three options.

寫入完畢後 設備再次自動重開 平板重開機時按住電源鍵 強制關閉後
再按住音量鍵+ 跟 電源鍵 之後 用音量鍵 選擇USB連接的圖案 選好後按一下電源鍵
之後在throot視窗 按任意鍵 再次寫入檔案 出現下列英文
Flashed ClockworkMod Recoevry!
Now we will reboot into ClockworkMod recovery.
When you get to the boot menu, select the middle option.
Hold the volume up button again, and press any key when you're ready.
這時候先重新開機一次 在關機 (關機時 取出記憶卡 把update.zip放進記憶卡內 插回平板)
按住音量鍵+ 跟 電源鍵 開機 選取中間的圖案
進入ClockworkMod Recoevry
當進入後 按音量鍵 選擇 "apply update from sdcard." => "External SD card." =>
"Yes - install /sdcard/update.zip" 開始刷入
完成後 重新啟動 進入系統後 檢查 Superuser 有無出現在程式列表內
有的話 就ROOT成功搂 ~
抱歉 小弟寫得有點亂七八糟的~~~ 更新到台版3.2的如果想ROOT 可以參考看看上面的步驟
最後提醒一下...小弟可以成功 但不保證此步驟也適用於你 請小心服用

.另外我比較了原作者整理的預載軟體, 這個US 3.2.1 版本預載軟體與 我們原來的 TW 3.1 差很多, TW 3.2.1 是否有很大不同我就不得而知了, 另列出澳洲版的內容, 可能比較接近我們的. 不過其實很多都可以 自行由Market下載就是了.

看來 US ROM 多了不少預載軟體, 有用的如一些 Google,Toshiba 軟體及 Quickoffice,...等, 但大部份可能沒什用, 所以原作者把這些預載軟體設成使用者安裝, 如果不喜歡可以自行移除, 節省空間,也不會覺得礙眼.

所以 Stock Rooted ROM 算是原廠的ROM瞜~
Stock Rooted ROM 也是有 rooted 的 ROM, Fully Stock ROM 才是原廠的 ROM.
OOM 的意思是 Out Of Memory (OOM) mods.
The OOM mods free up additional memory for the system to use by adjusting the memory threshholds used by the system for unloading unused applications. It also has a changed the priority for the launcher screen to give it more memory and make the scrolling of the screens a lot smoother. This also makes such applications as web browsers smoother scrolling.
意思就是把沒在執行的程式用的記憶體轉給畫面處理作業, 所以畫面變換及捲動畫面會變得更順.
