這次我買了一瓶現成滷水做汁底,這樣可以能夠更容易控制成本和時間,不用大量的醬油,糖等重新調配。透過加入水和大量香料,可以製成自家獨特的滷水。
其實這次使用的材料和步驟都有一些小巧思和原因。不過短短1分鐘並不能夠讓我解釋這麼多。如有機會我會出一條片再分享給大家。
