Ingredients 材料
Swiss roll cake 瑞士卷蛋糕1條
Wripping cream 1cup 甜忌廉 一1杯
Chocolate 36g 朱古力36g
Cocoa powder 1table spoon 可可粉 1湯匙
Decoration 裝飾
Icing sugar 糖霜
Berries 莓
Steps 步驟
1 ) Dissolve the chocolate in a bowl with hot water
用熱水隔碗坐溶朱古力
2)Put cocoa powder and melted chocolate into Wripping cream use the mixer mix together
將可可粉及朱古力溶液加入甜忌廉一起打發
3)Spread the whipping cream on the Swiss roll cake
將打發好的忌廉塗在瑞士卷上
4)Use a fork to draw the pattern on the Swiss Roll cake
用叉畫出樹幹的紋
5)Decorate with icing sugar and berries
用糖霜及莓裝飾
