最近高麗菜便宜又甜
感謝啦我至少月光起來還有菜吃
做了微波的高麗菜包肉
因為懶跟手殘 所以沒有包成卷狀
但想不到還滿好吃的
而且熱量不高
如果能多點肉就好了哈哈

材料
高麗菜 份量視食量大小
火鍋肉片 份量視錢包的厚薄
糖 2大匙
醬油 2大匙
檸檬(擠汁) 1顆
Ingredients
Cabbage as you like
Slice pork as you like
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Lemon 1 (for juice)
做法
1.高麗菜去中間的菜芯後,洗淨脫衣,每片菜葉盡量保持完整直至剩下最內層較嫩的菜葉
2.在上方舖一層肉,包上剛脫下來的菜衣,再舖肉片,再包上菜衣,如此類推
3.包好的高麗菜放到微波器皿內,蓋上鬆鬆的保鮮膜,大火微波10分鐘
4.將熟透的高麗菜包放到盤子上
5.剩下的湯汁加入糖、醬油及檸檬汁,大火微波1分鐘
6.把醬汁淋在高麗菜包上即可食用
Directions
1. Removed the core of cabbage's, wash and take leaf blade one by one,
and kept the leaf as complete as you can, until the tender part is left.
2. Wrap a piece of meat on top of the cabbage, and wrap another meat, repeat the step.
3. Placed the wrapped cabbage in a container, covered with cling film but not sealed, and heated in a microwave for 10 minutes.
4. Put the cooked cabbage bun on the plate.
5. Add the remaining gravy with the sugar, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and heated in a microwave for 1 minute.
6. Drip the sauce on the cabbage bun and enjoy it.
