因為錢包沒錢了XD(好窮好窮好窮好窮)
所以就拿了之前用剩的材料 還有早上吃剩的油條
做了微波爐的炸兩跟腸粉
都是澱粉 不過成本低
花不到30塊XD

買不到的澄麵
就用低筋麵粉代替
材料:
在來米粉 200克
低筋麵粉或澄麵 30克
玉米粉 30克
水 450克
蝦米 隨喜好而定
蔥末 隨喜好而定
油條 1對
食油 2匙
Ingredients
Rice flour 200 g
Cake flour or Low-gluten flour 30 g
Cornstarch 30g
Water 450g
Dried shrimp as you like
Scallion as you like
Fritters 1
Oil 2 spoons
做法:
A.腸粉粉漿
1.粉類混合加水,攪拌至無顆粒
Directions
A.Rice noodle batter
1.Mix all the powder ingredients with water,stirring it until smooth.
B.蝦米腸
1.在有平底的盤上或玻璃微波盒抹上食油防沾黏
2.倒入粉漿薄薄一層便可,撒上蝦米及蔥
3.必須包上保鮮膜,或蓋上可微波蓋子,大火微波1分30秒至2分鐘
4.取出後用刮力輕輕把皮剷起,剛完成的腸粉會較透明,稍為放涼後,會慢慢變白
5.可淋上芝麻醬及醬油食用,嗜辣可加辣油及醬油
6.若無馬上食用的需要,可蓋上蓋子放冷藏,要吃時可用電鍋蒸,煎或撒少許水大火微波1
分鐘
B.Shrimp rice noodle roll
1. Smeared oil on the flat plate or glass microwave box.
2. Pour a batter on a container for a thin layer and sprinkle with shrimp
and shallots
3. Must be covered with plastic wrap, or a microwave cover, heated for 1
minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
4. Take out, gently shovel it out with a knife. rice noodle will be
transparent just done. After cool a while, it will become more white.
5. It can be served with sesame sauce and soy sauce. If you like spicy can
have some chili oil and soy sauce.
6. If you don't need to eat it right away, you can cover it and put in the
refrigerator. you can steam with steamer, fry or sprinkle a little water and
heated by microwave for 1 minute when you need to.
C.炸兩
1.在有平底的盤上或玻璃微波盒抹上食油防沾黏
2.倒入粉漿薄薄一層便可
3.蓋上保鮮膜或蓋子,大火微波1分30秒至2分鐘
4.取出後放置半根油條,用刮刀輕把皮刮起一邊,可拿起盤子,使刮起的皮覆蓋油條上
5.以刮刀輕輕把皮捲著油條
6.稍微放涼後即可食用,食用時可淋上甜麵醬及醬油
C.Fried dough

4. Take out, gently shovel it out with a knife.covered on the fritters.
