首先香菇泡水後.軟了切丁!菜脯切丁.蝦米水洗一下!!

絞肉下鍋拌炒~炒至細粒狀微焦!!

加入一大匙醬油膏!一大匙普通醬油!米酒一大匙!水一米杯!再加入一米杯的油蔥酥!!滾後轉小火續煮!!

一直拌~不停的拌!!-[一停下來不到20秒會馬上底部---糙灰搭]

拌5分鐘後不停止~~變非常濃綢~~

取一空鍋~底部倒油!!用餐巾紙或其他紙~~抹勻整個鍋子內部四周!!

將拌好的粉料倒進空鍋!!再外鍋3杯水~開始炊!!

電鍋跳起來再悶30分鐘!!總共在電鍋的時間約1小時=炊3杯水約30分鐘+悶30分鐘!!=1小時
