今天下午已再次電話連絡信用卡公司,
已跟他們說該訂購網站都不回我的信,
且商品也遲遲未寄出,
客服小姐告訴我已幫我將該筆項目設定延遲付款,
並傳真我空白申訴文件,
要我填妥再傳真回去,
他們要幫我跟VISA申訴該網站.
因為我沒拿到東西且對方不理會我的mail是事實.
