急問....我在國外網路刷卡買了一鞋子以及一些產品結果沒有生產了

如題我在英國的網站買了一雙鞋子和鞋撐,結果剛剛傳了一封e-mail給我
說我的鞋子已經沒有再生產了,如下文
Dear Sir

Thank you for the order, sadly when we went to pack your ISLINGTON we could not trace them in the warehouse.

I have tried to order you a pair, however Loakes have now discontinued this line.

Please see if there is another style you like & if so I will a free pair of shoe trees to them.

可是我已經刷卡過3天了現在才傳這一封信來,這樣我如果寫信去取消訂單會不會還會被銀行扣錢啊

還有請教通常大大會如何做才是對自己比較有保障
