你寄信過去的時候有沒有附上瑕疵品的圖片? 有的話就每天寄,用兩三個信箱寄,記得要加上你的訂單號碼跟狀況描述,如果還是沒有回應,你可以在信件標題上再加上"BKPRIORITY",這是他們告訴我的,似乎會比較優先處理 XD
我也等了14天,收到他們承認錯誤的信件之後才把東西寄回去;千萬不要先寄再等他們回。

首先你要找出當初附在黑色垃圾袋裡面的Delivery Note,那張紙的右半邊有個表格讓你填,你把有問題的物品名稱完整寫在表格裡,然後下面有個地方可以寫狀況描述的也要寫清楚,之後抄下Delivery Note上面寫的Internet Return的地址跟收件人名稱,等一下會需要它。
之後把東西裝好,填完的Delivery Note要放在裡面,然後去寄件,我比較過DHL、FedEX、UPS和郵局,毫不意外的,郵局大概是另外三家的1/3價格,雖然對方會負擔運費,不過為了讓自己在拿到退款之前不那麼肉痛,我選擇的是郵局。在郵局選擇國際航空包裹寄送,把剛剛抄下的地址跟收件人名稱寫好,拿到寄件收據,拍照或掃描之後寄給回信給你的那個人,接下來就等他們再次通知了。
