剛剛已爬文，還是沒有找到答案><
我8/2有下一筆訂單，A&F也在8/4出貨，已經提供包裹追蹤碼作查詢
但是這筆訂單有一項商品顯示: Available When Shipped
E-mail通知的出貨清單裡也沒有這件，似乎是該款沒有一起出貨
請問有網友曾遇過這種狀況嗎 ?
通常這種狀況是缺貨，還是等待調貨之後才會補寄呢 ?
還是我該寫信去詢問...
(如果要寫信有沒有好心人可以提供信件內容範例...我英文超爛T.T)

信件內容: Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, your merchandise on backorder will not be in stock by the date we originally expected. Below you will find the item that has been delayed as well as the new expected ship date. Please confirm the new ship date will work for you by clicking below. If we don't hear back from you within seven (7) calendar days from the date this email was sent, shipment of your merchandise on backorder will be canceled. If you would like to add a different item, give us a call at the number below.
AVAILABILITY: Backordered Will Ship On 09/04/2012
意思是現在沒貨，要等9/4有貨後寄出
但也可在七日內換其他商品嗎 ?
