上週有張訂單被砍了~~~就發mail去問為什麼砍單?
結果原廠回信如下

請ABC同事幫我回了一封信跟HCO解釋 , 結果隔天就收到HCO的道歉信了,
並給我一次免運的優惠 ^^ ...外國人也沒這麼不通人情麻...回信回下

特別這種有隨便臆測性的言論,是非常不禮貌的
基本上以我的經驗這公司服務還是可以的,
之前在網路訂了些abercrombie 的衣服,之後覺得不太滿意
拿去店面退,其中有幾件明明收據上面有,但是店員刷不出來,無法退款給我
我堅持要退貨,她就用變通方式,給我gift card,裡面的金額還大於我實際那幾件不能刷退的金額
這樣皆大歡喜呀,顧客很爽繼續把錢投在她家
在hollister用過:我有妳們coupon但是忘記帶,給我直接折扣吧,
正妹店員也是好好好,就折扣了
另外,如果是在網路上看到貨物,請人去實體店代買
一定要寫貨號,不要只寫名稱
因為店員的貨單上面,可能都沒寫名稱,只有貨號和大概的分類而已
這是我拿一堆名稱去給店員找了半小時後,
最後放棄,乖乖回家上網訂的經驗
