Hello,

You have just received an email from us advising that your order with ASOS.com has failed to be processed.

We took a quick look at your account to see what went wrong and found that the problem was because your payment was declined.

So you don’t run into the same problem again contact your issuer to find out the problem, it may be worth deleting your card details and re-entering the information again. If you’ve had a new card recently, you will need to delete your card details on your account and add the new card details with the new expiry date/start date.

Also, to help you out just that little bit more, here are the product names to all the items you tried to order so you don’t have to search through the website again. Just re-add the items to your basket and proceed to the checkout.

Unfortunately, we were prevented from completing payment and your card issuer advised us of the following reason:

Your card has been declined.

你直接打去銀行客服不是比較快
兩封信都建議你重新輸入信用卡的資料

第一封信並提出
信用卡的資料可能是舊的
而你忘記要重新輸入新的信用卡的有效日期

這筆錢到底有沒有付
應該打電話詢問發卡銀行

我的原因是因為信用卡的檢查碼輸入錯誤

自己重新在訂購就OK了
