The program provides an instant credit that remains on your account for 60 days. You can start shopping for a new item immediately. It also offers a discounted return shipping and outbound shipping rate of $2.95 each way, within the contiguous 48 states. After 60 days, we will refund any remaining credit to the original method of payment. Items should be returned within 10 days in order for the credit to remain on your account.
Once you are logged into your account, click on "Exchanges and Returns" to get started and follow the instructions. Once the online return has been created you can place a new order like you normally would. The instant credit will automatically populate the transaction. The original price will be matched as long as it's the same item in a different size or color, etc. Please be aware, you will still need to enter your credit card information as a security measure. Afterward, you will be able to review your order and see the instant credit applied on the "Review & Place Order" page of checkout.
