Thank you for your email. We have now realised that the forum you refer to is the cause. Unfortunately the original poster advised the readers to copy and paste the same message to us when they buy. We do not require this email to be sent to us. What it resulted in was us and ebay assuming that all the orders were coming from the same person or organisation for an unknown, possibly fraudulent reasons.
We have now sorted this out and are taking steps to rectify this with the Taiwanese affected.
