I can confirm your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 12th March 2012.
As we send out international orders from Britain with our national postal service Royal Mail, your order isn't tracked as it leaves us and is passed onto their choice of courier in your country to keep delivery costs down to a minimum.
We normally advised that international order should take between 7-10 working days for the parcel to reach its destination. Please can you confirm if your are now in receipt of your order.
