Thanks for emailing us. We understand your concern about the transport costs, but if these items are available they will be resent to you at no cost.
Just send us the defective item(s) back, and tell us if you just want to receive a refund or get an exchange. You can of course not this on the return label notice that you want to have an exchange for these two items or just a return.
There is an even faster way of receiving these items if you make a speed exchange. You basically make a new order but pay no shipping costs. If you prefer to do this kind of exchange, just let me know and I can send you some instruction on how to do this.

他們不會退你寄回的郵費的. 網站上的條款寫得清清楚楚:
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
If you are shipping within the continental US, you can use the SmartLabel™ that was included at the bottom of your invoice. There is a $7.00 charge to use this service. This will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose to use your own carrier you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
SmartLabel是美國專用的pre-paid postage, 但SmartLabel的錢會從你的退款裏扣. 其它的郵寄方法要自費. 除非到美國的Hollister店面直接退, 不然都是要自付寄回的運費的. 從你下訂單的那一刻, 你就同意了他們的消費者條款, 代表願意承擔這些風險 (即使是他們的錯). 只要當初寫得清清楚楚, 美國人不會吃你那套什麼是他們的錯.
@樓主: 你唯一的選擇就是自付寄回的運費,然後他們再免費幫你換貨(含寄回給你運費)或退商品的錢。不然就是不要換/退貨。
