ASOS 開心購物後,突然又降價了,該怎麼辦!!!!!??

我是 12/10 出貨 , 12/26 收到 , 其間差價 £105 , 但還是寫信問ASOS,ASOS回覆購買七天內降價才可申請,所以以後購買時記得追蹤一下價格,說不定可以省點小錢喔"Unfortunately we can refund the difference of a purchased item that has dropped in price only within 7 days of placing the order."

會因不同的客服回出不同的信,不過我還沒收到確認信,可能要再等等
我是12/22的訂單 雖然包裹已經到台灣但是我還沒收到
訂單中的其中一件衣服我也寫信去要求退差價

12初買的幾件大衣 竟然在收到沒幾天後瘋狂降價
不過因為價差實在有點高 我也寫信碰碰運氣看可不可以退價差
好像是在購買28日都可提出喔
更正....購買後七天內商品降價他們都一定會退喔~

我告訴客服我的衣服還沒收到可是現在卻降價了其實我也不知道有沒有超過七天捏
寫信過去5分鐘就收到客服退款給我的信了
不知道是不是現在省核變嚴了,我寫信過去也有附上訂單編號及商品網址,但客服是回覆說這是價格的變動不算是price promise item 所以沒辦法退款.以下是客服回覆的全文:

I can advise this is not a price promise item as the price change has occurred on our website. This is just an item that has changed in price.

Prices sometimes do change due to sales, special offers and promotions.

This means that occasionally an item will change in price and we recognise that this can be frustrating.

As we trade 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, prices and stock levels can change constantly and prices can change frequently. Sadly there is never a good time to change the price of an item, and please accept my apologies that you have been affected on this occasion.

We are not able to refund the difference of an item that has dropped in price, or inform customers in advance if an item is going to become cheaper.

I’m sorry for any disappointment caused, but please get back in touch if you have any further questions.

另外我看了ASOS網頁上的解釋似乎是只有針對ASOS所販售商品跟其它購物網站相比有價差才享有的.
