我自己很不專業的擬了一封email,還請各位看有沒有要修改的.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought XXXXXX(產品名) on 11/12/2011, and the payment was made successfully on 11/12/2011. For some reason, I received a message from paypal that my payment was reimbursed today, without any notice and explanation.
Once the payment was made and confirmed, it means this order was confirmed. There is no way you can cancelled the order. Not to mention without any notice. You even put "Not available to Taiwan",(Please see attachment) it is racial discrimination. Why Taiwanese can not buy your products?
I hope the above situation is just the system error, and all the transaction is still on process. Or we will meet on court.
Please advise.
