dear mr. chen,
thank you for all the detailed information.
first of all, the store you bought your frame at is unfortunately not an authorized ic! berlin dealer.
you can find all our taiwanese dealers listed on our distributor’s homepage: http://www.2020selects.com/where_to_buy.html#
regarding the engravement design on the frame itself, it is indeed most suspicious.
however, for a 100% confirmation about the authenticity we would need to check closely on the frame in our technical department, here in berlin.
would you like to send it to us for investigation?
otherwise i could only recommend to refund the frame and go to one of our authorized dealers for purchases. in xinzhu we have four other optical shops, that are authorized to sell our products. kindly check above link.
kind regards,
diana

Betreff: I need a helping about distinguish my IC! frame is genuine or not from Taiwan
Dear Diana & IC! team:
I got Diana’s mail from an article that told about the IC! frame was genuine or not in Taiwan website , and I have the same question about my IC! Frame that i just bought.
The Model is nufenen and there is not any Serial Number on the frame.
It confuse me very much because I spent much money to buy it .
I bought it in a Optical shop in Taiwan , if you want to know more information about the shop , please contact me any time by this mail address.
Please distinguish the frame and I am very appreciative for your help.
