每(各個)個人≠個人。(一字之差，差之千里。)
基於以上個人見解，因此我認為敘述「每個人」後，用「他們」這詞代表「每個人」，並無不妥。
兩詞連用或合用也常見於一般，譬如︰
他們每個人都露出驚訝的表情 (露出驚訝表情的群體)。
每個人心意相同讓他們團結力量大 (他們是由每(各個)個人組合而成)。
以上若有錯，請任何人糾正。

謝謝您的提示，中文提示的內容很好，弟以前也沒注意過這個內容的涵義。
中文的 "每個人" 可以當作全體來看，這個沒什麼問題。
常常用，這個在中文中是很自然的。
但是在英文中，就開始感到有點疑惑，會有判斷上的問題，
問題出在 every..... ，這個英文字的使用經驗對我來說，好像都是單數，
拿來代表全體的印象幾乎沒有過。 大概以前沒學過，也沒注意到這個問題。
英文有類似的狀況出在下面的現象。

Mankind can also refer to all human beings, male and female, usually in the sense of social or conscious beings.
