因為要出國自助旅行，可以請好心人幫我翻譯以下這兩句嗎? 另外想請問一下，關於花蓮的賑災大家都捐款到哪個單位呢?因為很希望自己的捐款可以直接幫到災民，而不是被扣一堆人事費用，雖然人事費用是可以理解的，但是這種突發的災難我是覺得各慈善基構應該共體時艱，再扣一堆人事費用就太…所以大家有沒有推薦的捐款單位呢?
