有沒有美國的朋友知道gevey卡貼能不能阻止ATT偵測到iphone?

比較冷門的問題, 聽起來比較多余. 實情是這樣的, 我用美版iphone, 但卻不想用ATT的data plan. 所以我想知道, 如果gevey卡貼用在ATT的sim卡上, ATT還會不會偵測到我用的是iphone而強迫我用他們的data plan呢? 謝謝各位大大.

(有其他原因,所以不能用T-mobile. )

Do you have Data plan ordered? if not, you will not able to access internet.

I tried Black Berry's SIM move to iPhone and only Phone part is working and Data part is not.

I mean I do not want to use their data plan, I wanna avoid their iPhone detection that forcing me the pay for data.

Well I guess Att people don't care and the others switched to tmobile anyway.

The problem is, I need to stick with Att for a while.

I have data Right now because After a while, Att will just still send a SMS message to tell me that I am using an iPhone and requie to use data plan. They will add it without my concent.

所以你是想要用AT&T的上網服務，但是不想去綁iPhone專用的那個？

可以用 www.unlickit.co.nz 去改手機的APN設定，就可以繞掉檢查

如果要在美國用Pre-paid卡上網也可以用這招

謝謝您的回復, 您誤會了, 我是完全不想用任何上網服務, 不想每月給上網的15-25美金. (處處有WIFI)
但AT&T不管你有沒有打開Data或者3g, 他們會定期遠程檢查電話, 檢測到是iphone就會強制加上網絡服務, 不管你願意不願意.

我是想問,有沒有辦法避開這個. 例如卡貼是否能讓ATT偵測不到我用的是iphone.

所以這件傳聞是真的？

我是兩種卡交換用（一般跟預付），所以目前沒有事。不過，蘋果現在在美國有賣解鎖的電話，所以不管是AT＆T或Tmpbile都能用。如果你把data關掉，AT＆T還能強制打開嗎？

Yes. They will ban your iPhone from connecting to their network(8 of friends got banned in Los Angeles area)at&t will send you an SMS first, and ban your iPhone after 2 billing cycle if you ignore att(usually 1-2 csr will call you in between) after that,you can still use your current voice plan on other phone but not that iPhone.

沒得商量

就算你從台灣帶解鎖的iPhone也是一樣

因為ATT是認IMEA的

除非你有辦法把它改掉

iPhone的IMEA全套ATT都有

所以一定察覺得到

HTC就不一樣了

HTC在台灣買的ATT系統內沒有

所以不會有這個問題

但是在美國買的HTC一樣會被強迫加入
