3- The iPhone has not been reported lost or stolen. 4- Current customer accounts must be in good standing with no past-due amount or unpaid balance and has been active for at least sixty (60) days.
If you are able to provide a fax or email scan of your full retail purchase receipt you can reply to this email and we will file an unlock case for you. ?Our Device Unlock Department will require the proof of purchase to consider your unlock request.

ATT客服第一會問你的手機號是幾號,如果不是ATT的號,客服會問你曾經是不是ATT的用戶
如果你不是但是想要蒙混過關的話,重點來了,ATT客服第二會問你美國的社會安全號碼,因為在美國辦理門號綁約手機一定要社會安全號碼,是不是ATT的用戶馬上就知道了
當然,ATT還是會走完所有的流程,也會馬上給你一個case number. 但是,機會不大.
就我個人的經驗,現在的ATT官方解鎖的前提一定要現在或是曾經是ATT的合法用戶.為什麼咧?如同我之前說的,ATT官解流程被對岸的死阿六搞爛了...
