Bigboss那邊給我的回應如下：
CydiaStore purchases entitle the buyer to install on up to 5 devices
they own. What they would need to do is press teh Purchase button to
begin the proces, it will ask them to log-in their Store account. Once
they log-in it will offer to link their new device to the account, and
after that they can cancel any purchase and return to the package
description details screen, where it will update to show 'Package
Officially Purchased' and offer them to install again for free.
所以"算是"可以轉移，不過有限制就是了，不能到無限多台
