請問有人用遠傳小精靈 IDEOS + WinXP + USB 分享 3G 網路成功的嗎

Android 2.2 若要透過 USB 分享網路給 WinXP 使用，必須下載設定檔

我依照說明下載之後，將手機用 USB 接上 WinXP 電腦

出現新增硬體畫面，要安裝驅動程式時，指定下載的那個檔案

但電腦都回應沒有發現此硬體的驅動程式...

一台桌機，一台筆電的結果都一樣

但筆電有自動安裝過一次，但結果還是不能用

控制台硬體清單裡面顯示IDEOS尚未安裝驅動程式

P.S. 上面的網站中說明：winxp 本身有 driver，只需要下載設定檔

Windows XP contains the drivers you need to take advantage of USB tethering,
but you must install a configuration file before connecting your phone to your Windows XP computer, to instruct Windows XP how to configure itself to use those drivers.

不知失敗的原因為何？

是否有可能是我的XP是精簡過的版本，裡面沒有所需要的 Driver？

或者下載的這個檔案僅適用於 nexus one？需要做什麼修改才可以用？
