車商為了將成本最大化壓低
本來就會出現 為符合各地市場需求或法規的改變 這種因地制宜的情況
Small overlap front crashes目前只有美國有測
那麼美規車款會針對這點特別加強實在也不是那麼意外了
只是美規款以外的是不是也有這種加強就令人懷疑
除了先前報導過的Toyota RAV4和這篇的Hyundai Tuscon
懷疑其他歐洲、美國車廠是否也存有類似的不一致情況
舉個例子:
IIHS在Audi A6的Small overlap front內有這段敘述
The Audi A6 was redesigned for the 2012 model year. Beginning with 2016 models built after January 2015, the front-end and occupant compartment structure was modified to improve occupant protection in small overlap frontal crashes.
看起來美規的Audi A6有針對Small overlap frontal crashes調整車體結構
但美規以外的呢?
再一個例子:
IIHS在Ford Fusion(Mondeo)的Small overlap front內也有類似敘述
The Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ were redesigned for the 2013 model year. Beginning with 2017 models, the front-end structure and bumper reinforcement were modified to improve occupant protection in small overlap and moderate overlap frontal crashes.
美規版針對前方結構和保險桿強度進行調整以提升座艙在Small overlap frontal crashes和前方偏位撞擊中的保護力
但美規以外的也有改變嗎?
目前都沒人知道!
但經過這些事件之後 值得懷疑
不要太相信車廠會多有良心
商人還是以賺錢為優先目的
Peugeot都敢在巴西生產的208上面偷掉側氣囊和側氣簾
甚至車門內的結構性防撞樑都不見了
只因為Latin NCAP之前都沒有測側撞
不久前一測之後車商們的臉自然慘兮兮
