I just ppurchased a 2013 elantra and mine does exactly the same thing. I have 1700 miles on it. i've had it to the dealer twice wheer they've checked the alignment specs, balanced the tires, and said there is nothing wrong, yet when I picked it up, it did the same thing. This car has electric power assist. There is a NHTSA investigation on this issue, you can look it up, I did and printed it. On some vehicles they have tried sensor replacements, alignments, axle replacements, without success. Hyundai is aware of this problem, but service wise they are going to tell you it's in spec. I'm looking at going to arbitration, but it makes the vehicle unsafe and very cumbersome to drive. It is not an alignment issue , but a system issue.
