香氣：飽滿的鹹味帶出煙燻果香、些微烏梅、鹹葡萄乾、果乾、燉煮水果跟柑橘，接著是黑巧克力、太妃糖、核桃和碳烤，後段是肉桂、薄荷、菸草與黑胡椒
口感：飽滿口感。鹹味、煙燻、泥煤、烏梅、葡萄乾、柑橘、烤培根、黑巧克力、蜂蜜、堅果、木質、藥草、灰燼感與辛香料
尾韻：中等偏長尾韻。鹹味、些許煙燻、葡萄乾、果乾、柑橘、碳烤培根、薑、木質、薄荷、灰燼感與辛香料
結論：整體表現非常飽滿，在PX雪莉桶換桶熟成讓雪莉桶風味以包覆在外圍讓人感受風味，飽滿圓潤不甜膩，尾韻留有酒廠特有的薄荷與灰燼感，在口中留下的鹹甜感讓它很適合慢慢喝。
Color: Deep amber
Nose: A bold salinity leads into smoky fruit notes, hints of dried plums, salted raisins, dried fruits, stewed fruits, and citrus. Layers of dark chocolate, toffee, walnuts, and charred wood emerge, followed by cinnamon, mint, tobacco, and black pepper.
Palate: Full-bodied and rich. Salinity, smoke, peat, dried plums, raisins, citrus, grilled bacon, dark chocolate, honey, nuts, oak, herbal notes, ashes, and warming spices.
Finish: Medium to long. Salinity, subtle smoke, raisins, dried fruits, citrus, charred bacon, ginger, oak, mint, ashes, and spices.
