前一陣子在COSTCO的紅酒攤位看到這支智利的紅酒

試喝之後我媽覺得還不錯滿順口的就買了(她平常不太喝紅酒)

請教懂酒的大大關於TARAPACA Gran Reserva

就是這一支

因為是09年產的,就想說放個幾年再開來喝

家裡雖然沒有紅酒櫃不過有陰涼的儲藏室(平常酒都放那,夏天也不會太熱)

因為這支網路上資料很少,有也是英文,看不是很懂

所以想請教一下大概放多久比較適合

如果要放很久或是已經到適飲期了過年就......

這位大大~~在此簡單回答年的問題,第一不知您的家中是否有恆濕恆溫的葡萄酒櫃,若是沒有你說的陰涼處,若是溫度可以低於20度C的常溫(溫差在兩度內)那你就可以放個幾年,若是上述兩個條件都沒,建議還是盡快在短時間內喝完,適飲期並無絕對,但是浸泡量木桶一年的酒一般五年應該都還是可以的,當然前提是酒質必須成正比,所以單隻久的試飲期~~就是打開~~嘴巴張開~~來吧!
