Wine Advocate # 182 Apr 2009 Jay Miller 91+ Drink: 2012 - 2023 $50 (50) The 2006 Mingre is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carmenere, and Syrah aged for 14 months in French oak. The complex aromatic array of smoke, cigar box, violets, blueberry, and blackberry is enticing. It leads to an elegant, spicy, intense wine with savory black fruit flavors, excellent depth, and a lengthy finish. It will benefit from several years of cellaring and drink well from 2012 to 2023.
