請問

格蘭迪菲 15& 18 年的,在品酒網的評價都還不錯

價位也便宜,可以入手試試嗎...??

另外,同地區出產的酒,是否口味都類似...??
格蘭迪菲 15& 18 年的,
價位也便宜,可以入手試試嗎...??~ 價位很便宜是真的.也不難喝.但是如果以品飲的角度來看,就不是那麼值得.
ANS~喝酒的目的是為了喝酒,還是為了喝醉?還是為了品飲氣味口感....?目的不同,應該有不同的取捨.
很便宜是真的,沒喝過的話,各買個一支來喝應該可以.


另外,同地區出產的酒,是否口味都類似...??
ANS~同一區域有類似的特性,但是很難下定義了,界線很模糊.盲飲的時候能一口咬定這是哪個產區的威士忌(例如說,低地,高地,SPEYSIDE,島嶼,艾雷島,坎培拉鎮....真的很難)那種人很少(我沒遇過,我也辦不到).

累積經驗,是深入玩賞的不二途徑.吃吃喝喝的東西,紙上談兵永遠都是隔靴搔癢.只有喝到,有疑問處拿出來討論,才能有效的"理解"那支酒.

一口威士忌,有時候背後有很複雜的內容留待有心人去QUEST.
我轉貼LAGAVULIN我提到的那三支酒的國外"專業"酒評 / 酒評是麥芽狂人的主持人SERGE寫的,SERGE這個人是法國人,在威士忌品飲的圈子裡很有名氣.
有一本叫WHISKY BIBLE威士忌聖經,作者是~JIM MURRAY.JIM MURRAY講的我就一率不予採信,我覺得根本就全商業導向,毫無客觀專業的風骨可言.大家遇到威士忌聖經(自己講自己編的書是聖經???)推薦的酒,要心存戒心,很容易踩到地雷.

現在po的是英文酒評,不會很艱深~
第一支酒.
Lagavulin 1991/2007 'Distillers Edition' (43%, OB, lgv 4/495) The Lagavulin DE has always been a very embarrassing whisky to me, especially the 1979 and other early versions (but not the 1984) because it’s exactly the kind of bottling I should not like: a wonderful malt whisky ‘quickly finished’ in unlikely so-called wine casks to offer… what? Range-widening? Alas, I always found these DEs to be wonderful whiskies. Sugar, how disappointing! Colour: gold/amber. Nose: totally superb! An amazing rubber boots/bitter oranges combo, evolving towards more coastal elements (dried kelp, brine), old leather, camphor, tobacco and orange marmalade, then beef stock, pu-erh tea and soot. Disappointingly brilliant ;-). Mouth: I think it’s not possible that this whisky hasn’t a higher ABV than just 43%. Starts extremely ashy and amazingly kippery and salty, with a lot of tobacco (chewed Habano), gentian spirit, dried ginger and salted liquorice. Develops on the same beautiful aromas and keeps bombarding us with the same ultra-huge ashy smokiness. Finish: it’s long (maybe not the longest, but still) and still very kippery, with some caramel coming through now. Caramelised kippers? Comments: the first time I tried this one it was blind and I went for 92 points, but that’s obviously much too high for a finished whisky. Let’s mark it down! SGP:448 - 91 points. Yes, that’s still disappointingly high, so let’s try to take revenge with an oldie…

第二支酒~
Lagavulin 1991/2008 'Distillers Edition' (43%, OB, lgv 4/496) Any serious whisky lover knows that the Lagavulin DE, whichever the vintages, is the best wine finished malt whisky that one can find on this little planet. The guys who used to disagree are dead by now. Let’s see if these newer batches are on par… Colour: full gold. Nose: maybe I’m wrong but it seems that this DE is rather closer to the regular 16 than earlier batches. Superb whiffs of sea breeze, shells, then orange marmalade (but less than in earlier batches), beef bouillon, peat, good rubber, tar, tobacco, tea…
Mouth: sweet tobacco, liquorice, earth, teas, roots, oranges, peat, ham, smoked fish, salt… And only god knows what else. Amazing. Finish: the longest finish ever at just 43%. Superbly liquoricy. Comments: but how do they do the DE? Is it really finished with wine (treated) casks? I’m starting to doubt it… Especially since I feel this batch is less wine influenced than earlier batches. SGP:448 – 91 points.


第三支酒~
Lagavulin 1993/2009 'Distillers Edition' (43%, OB, lgv 4/497) Colour: full gold (slightly paler than the 1991). Nose: we’re even closer to the regular 16. The ‘wine’ (not that it ever was winey) is more discreet and the smoke is louder. Some quinces, leather, smoked tea… And myriads of other aromas. To cut a long story short, this is lovable. Mouth: rather different from the 1991. Maybe a tad less complex but on the other hand, even bigger, peatier, probably more orangey as well, more spicy and peppery, fatter, a little grassier as well, also a little more citrusy… And saltier! Finish: loooong. Comments: less sherry influence (it’s sherry, isn’t it?) and more Lagavulin. We won’t complain. Not enough to gain one more point, though, as it loses a little complexity when compared with the 1991. SGP:358 – 91 points.
Good, it seems that it’s too hard to decide between Lagavulins that are too similar as far as their pedigrees are concerned, so let’s oppose wildly different expressions now, and two single casks at that…

我買single malt的第一支酒, isle of jura 16y~莒拉16y.
這支酒現在的市價約 1.1K.當初上市(2006年上市)賣1.8K.後來因為賣的不好,價格一路崩下來,最便宜時到1000.
我第一支酒就是買jura16y.
這支酒沒有泥煤味.酒精濃度40%,順口,易入喉,特殊花香味(什麼花的花香?我喝的三瓶還揣摩不出來.....石楠花吧,陌生的異國野花,石楠heather).
基本款的久我當初買進約6~70支.快變神農了.最終的心得(現在的心得)就是不要買太多支,跳級向上喝好一點的.就可以排除一些基本款的品項(品飲的路很長.遲早都會喝到).
像你這樣把酒單拿出來問是最好的,我可以給你一點建議.
Aberlour A'bunadh Batch 原酒~這我不是很熟悉,跳過不答.

Lagavulin 16y(?)拉加維林的品項很多,多半都是好貨色,16y的市價不到2K,可以買來喝,不然就往上加一千,買我上面提到的1991/2007 DE那幾個版本,很有水準.

Belvenie 15y~這還好,我現在不太喝這些,但是很多剛接觸single malt的人,似乎對百富的"平易近人"(我是指酒的風格,不是指價格),很有好感.這也不貴,買一支來喝也不為過.

HP 18y~很普通.我一開始覺得還不錯的酒款,現在只是認為很普通,我喝過一瓶,應該再也不會買第二瓶,雖然他的價位還算便宜(1.6K左右)

ARDBEG 10y ~這個OK.1K的品項,沒喝過阿貝10y,要怎麼跟別人討論SCOTCH WHISKY?

Laphrogia 10Y~跟阿貝價錢一樣,喝起來很像,但是同時比較,卻不一樣(任何人都喝得出來有點不同)

Talisker 10Y~跟阿貝價錢也一樣,風味也有些像,我喝過一隻大利斯可20Y~2002裝瓶, 雪莉桶原酒,聽說市價約15000(朋友請喝的),印象很深,分常好非常好.
我對大利斯可的品項很有好感,不同的大利斯可我約有十種,都很棒.

找幾隻回來,過年放假的時候,好好慰勞自己一下.

還有還有,買回去之後不要只是把酒供起來, 捨不得開.一定要捨的開.少量喝到是真的,不要捨不得開.
喝到"讚"的威士忌,一定全然顛覆你以前對威士忌的印象.
聽起來有點"誇大",但是事實似乎就是這樣.

不然請chenys大大喝過那隻longmorn30y之後,發表一點感想.

不過

這罐是準備過年要送老爸的禮物.....(老人家都只愛麥卡倫18以上雪莉桶,送這瓶是想讓他比較一下,當然自己也很哈)

又特別買一瓶18的橡木桶來對照,看老人家會不會放棄麥卡倫,呵呵!

所以大概要等2/13吃完年夜飯後
