如果喜歡清酒,可以試試「古清酒」(不是裝瓶後放很久的那種)

太晚知道了,要是早點知道這支萬壽,小弟就給他帶支500CC左右的分享瓶把她打包!
不過,真很好喝,一般清酒喝起來還稍稍有些辛辣味,這支喝起來就是濃.醇.香!
說起這種感覺,有點像小弟那天在施兄的<朋友>處所喝到的輕井澤1972那樣的感覺.

KK BOX大,您行行好,別再誘惑我了,現在又抬出個<古清酒>來迷惑,真是酒海無涯!
清酒除了等級外,喝酒時的溫度也很重要~
不是都可以冷熱皆宜,弄錯了酒會哭

從股海進入酒海這有點難,股海是我的職業,
而酒海喝了幾年家人從國外攜回的瓶瓶罐罐仍只中意某些特定紅白酒。

參加的品酒餐會也是紅酒為主,目前少量多餐,尚無酒海沉淪之苦,哈。

大利斯可175th的酒評~Talisker '175th anniversary' (45.8%, OB, bottled 2005) Colour: gold. Nose: extremely fresh at first nosing, on sea air and light toffee. No punch-in-you-face smells this time, but lots of smoothness and, dare I say, delicacy. The peat smoke is well here but it’s somewhat distant, while these coastal and ‘caramelly’ notes develop together. Then it gets also quite fruity, with some plum jam, quince jelly and very ripe apricots. Hints of apple skins, cider and even some white wine. Less peat and pepper, and more fruit seems to have been the motto when they composed this new Talisker that makes me think of the Caol Ila 18 yo OB.

Mouth: smooth, sweet and peppery (here we go) at the same time, with again these enjoyable citrusy notes (sugared lemon juice, tangerines…). Some peat but not too much, tea, herbal tea, a little liquorice and just hints of toffee, with also some passion fruit. Medium long finish, very enjoyable and with no burn whatsoever. Very, very smooth and balanced but not lacking oomph, this one might be the feminine version of Talisker. Extremely quaffable just like that (warning, danger!)


這次拿到一隻"一番銀杏"的試飲瓶.上次喝過對銀杏這支的印象還不壞,最重要是我覺得相當便宜(1200).
台灣代理的總庫存數只有幾十支,有人提過"家庭聚餐"用酒的概念.我覺得這支很適合,瓶身背標的說明,亦強調適合搭餐飲用.

國外酒評~Tasting Notes by Dr Whisky


Slightly solvent initially, nailpolish, that opens up with floral aromas up high and sweet butter down low. Edinburgh rock. Clean and grainy with some citrus, plums, plastic bags and envelope glue. Water unleashes more breadiness and citrus, grapefruit (not pink) skin, and the harder solventy edges dissipate.

Rich, toasty, charming... with a dark side. Burnt sugar, toffeed, malty sweetness, some fruitiness in the form of apples, but generally oaky and toasty. Some smoke comes forward late in the development, especially accented by the addition of water. Minutes later there is a herbal, floral element that still lingers.

Initial mild, acetone notes on the nose soon give way to sweet and floral characteristics, with vanilla essence, delicate spices and mandarin oranges.

The palate is medium-bodied, sweet and fruity, with a spicy, smoky, citric edge. Water releases more spices and vanilla.

The finish is long and smoky, with a hint of barley sugar. Japanese whisky at its best – with characteristic complexity, balance, and elegance. Delicious!

這酒喝了好幾次,濃濃酒精味,放了一段時間後香氣明顯多了,要比較長的醒酒時間吧。

color: 暗紅銅色
nose:清香、葡萄,木桶,蜜餞,好像還有薑??
palate:鹹鹹的、淡淡的煙燻味、麥香、吞下後口中有果香(荔枝、香蕉)
finish:尾韻滿長的

很棒的一瓶酒,喝了好幾次才有現在的心得,可是也沒酒了,找機會改天入手一瓶享受。
