相信很多人都知道X1發生過多起裂殼事件

大多發生在歐洲出貨的生產編號上
我的X1為2/5日購入
編號為09W03
在一切正常使用無任何撞擊的情況下
在一個多月後的3/14日也發現了側邊音量鍵的角落斷裂了
在跟先前報導的照片一模一樣的位置發生斷裂
以下為我的斷裂照片
或許這是個案
但其他使用了一個多月的人
也請多注意下自己的X1吧
從買入使用到現在都非常滿意
但對發生如此重大缺陷實在很遺憾
目前正由通訊行轉交聯強中
結果待續
至於未購入X1的人
請慎加考慮風險問題

If you would like to repair the cell phone, we suggest you to backup the
information of your own, and send it to the repair center of main
distributor (such as Synnex, Seano…etc) if you have the warranty of main

but i don't think this kind of defcect should be charge at all,
if Synnex going to charge me about this,

the Synnex's engineer has told the Mobile shop that
it wil be charged 900NTD,
Mobile shop told him i would't agree any charge,
the engineer says he will going to report his boss

因為是通路商所以會送到林口維修中心
聯強開了一張920的維修費
拒絕維修付費退還
告訴通訊行SE的服務人員說會幫我處理
但要送到聯強民生維修站
不想跑 所以請通訊行聯絡SE是否可送到林口
SE回答也可以
但手機已經送回來了
再經通訊行送林口可能又要好幾個工作天
決定自己送民生
3/25到民生維修站
告訴現場人員我的X1裂了
她馬上回答是xxx嗎?
是的
問她打算如何處理
回答SE會SUPPORT
心想應該是免費吧
目前維修狀態已在物流送回中
明天應該就可拿到了吧
有發生相同問題的人可參可以上處理
