原來是因為萬惡的win8....
難怪我用pcc能裝driver , flashtool不能, 停用安全數位簽章後一切就能照版主的方式進行了!

C6503: How to update to 10.4.B.0.569:
1.For C6503: Download C6503.flashable.10.4.B.0.569.zip (Bittorrent: 778MB), SuperSU_fix.zip (1.1Mb) and C6503_10.4.B.0.569_Stripped.ftf (18MB), save it somewhere you remember;
2.Put 'C6503.flashable.10.4.B.0.569.zip' on (the external) SDcard1;
3.Put 'C6503_10.4.B.0.569_Stripped.ftf' inside the Flashtool/firmwares folder;
4.Create a backup of your phone in CWM or TWRP and don't forget to backup the contents of 'SDCard0';
5.Flash 'C6503.flashable.10.4.B.0.569.zip' in TWRP, after flashing the ROM also flash 'SuperSU_fix.zip',
do not reboot but go back to the main menu, then go to reboot->power off;
這邊做完卡刷以後,也可以用TWRP的功能選關機即可!
(ZL的強制關機如下樓的大大所言,要搓屁屁的黃色鈕....我也卡過...才選power off,誤打誤撞)
6.Flash everything in 'C6503_10.4.B.0.569_Stripped.ftf';
zl關機狀態下,按住音量鍵減同時插入USB,讓手機進入flash mode,這時候手機螢幕不會亮,但是電腦可以抓到裝置,然後flashtool選好檔案直接刷!)
這個步驟一定要裝好flashtool/drivers下的驅動才能動作,flash mode下再補裝也可以,沒有ZL的選項,請選Z的以及falsh,fastboot三種
(win8要關掉安全數位簽證)
7.Reboot to system without clearing (dalvik-/)cache.
刷好之後(螢幕不會亮),重開機完成
希望可以幫助大家不卡關,剛剛差點以為要找官方的rom來重刷了,好險解決了! :P

不管有沒有完成後面的步驟
開機都會卡在SONY ,重頭試了幾次都failed在同一步驟, 這問題卡了好幾天
最後一次成功是在刷C6503.flashable.10.4.B.0.569.zip之前, 先對Dalvik cache跟Cache兩個partition做wipe, 就順利刷進flashable跟supersu
(因為我覺得備份還原Data很麻煩, 所以想說若是再失敗才對Data做wipe, 沒想到成功了)
若是有跟我一樣刷失敗開機卡在SONY進不了的, 這裡提供一個小技巧
先按住音量的下, 把usb cable接上, 再去戳屁屁黃色的按鈕
這樣手機重開機時就會直接進到flashmode, 就可以從第一步刷回267重來一次
另外, 我在刷完flashable跟supersu之後, 無法用"電源鍵+音量鍵的上"做強制關機
一按到電源鍵就會變screen lock, 按再久也沒用......
只好回到home, 再從reboot裡面選power off
