部落格也公布說這影片用的ROM是非官方產品，SE仍強調X10是單點。(99.10.24更正 )
另外一個好處就是，有神人已經開發出多點ROM了，這個起步+2.2多點看來有希望囉~~
官方沒發表意見，但這非官方部落格說"SE"持續堅持X10無多點的軟體和硬底。(文中第一段，但很奇怪的是既然硬體不支援，這影片難道真是土炮="=?)
文中第二段說明這24小時所出現的多點影片所使用的ROM是非官方(unoffical)的ROM。

The guy who uploaded the last video below (Youtube member aznelite89), says that multitouch is working and is based on the firmware update. It says he is using an unofficial ROM and is testing it to make sure it is stable before releasing it. He goes on to say that that the Xperia X10 is running firmware version 2.1.0.6439. Remember, we yesterday saw version 2.0.A.0.453 certified by the PTCRB. Anyway, we’ll keep an open mind until we get a chance out the Éclair update for ourselves. Until then check out some video evidence below.
1. 最後一個影片是根據F/W update所做的測試，這個F/W是 unofficial ROM
- unofficial, 不是正式的, 但沒說不是從SE來的
2. 這個aznelite89 他在做release前的測試
- 聽起來像是測試SE提供的F/W
3. 這個測試版本是 2.1.0.6439
