If the wifi network being used is secured, the phone supports wifi network secured with WEP. It is therefore necessary to confirm or adjust the Wi-Fi Encryption in the WEP format. Suppose the network is not secured or security format match with the phone, but the phone is still failure to connect with the wifi network, it is suggested to first turn off the wifi function, turn off the phone and the wifi router, and restart them later on. Reopen the wifi function of the phone, research the network, if problem still exists, please try another wifi network. If failure still exists, suggesting the user to back up the data in the phone and visit our repair center for repair if your phone has agency warranty.
